PROJECT INTEGRATED PLANNER

Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Project Integrated Planner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Pistoia, Italy.

Accountabilities

To issue and update the Integrated Project plans related to live bids and projects according to what established in the Bids/Contracts and our company rules by:

• collecting the contributions coming from all the involved functions from the start-up phase to the closure of the warranty period of the fleets
• linking the activities according to the correct processes

To highlight the critical path of each bid/project plan and pertinent activities/responsibilities

To propose adequate countermeasures in case of deviations duly shared with the involved functions

To support economic/financial evaluations during budget phases and Quarterly Project Reviews

Required Skills/Knowledge

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles in project based companies

Good knowledge of the main tools (SAP, G-PLM)

Good knowledge of Office pack (Excel, Word, Power point)

Deep knowledge of planning technicalities (Microsoft Project)

Education/Qualifications

High school graduation or equivalent technical background.
 

Languages
 

Basic Knowledge of English (written & spoken).
