What you'll be doing

Sr Engineering Manager -RM/FMECA

Bachelor's degree in engineering with overall experience of 10 to 14 years is required
• Must have good understanding of the Asset Management and Asset performance management (EAM/APM) products is required
• Must have hands-on experience in building products using Java /Full Stack & Data Engineering Background
• Must have good understanding of React-JS, HTML, CSS, Java Sprint Boot, GoLang (Optional), PostgreSQL, Elastic Search, REST APIs / Dockers / Kubernetes / KeyCloak / Kafka / RabbitMQ / devops / Microservices is required.
• Excellent people management skills and the ability to demonstrate stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

Responsible for overall planning and delivery of product versions
• Work closely with product management team, engineering team, implementation teams other stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, assumptions, required resources
• Track product release performance and produce regular status reports for management and stakeholders
