Provide support to business/managers/executives by managing day-to-day operations, planning and scheduling appointments, correspondence, business activities or conference arrangements.

Key Activities:

- Planning / Scheduling

  • Schedule appointments and meetings for management level.
  • Maintain manager’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, conference, etc.
  • Communicate meeting schedules and documents to the persons involved.

- Office administration

  • In charge of the documentation process and apply for visa, work permit…
  • Office facilitation/office arrangement for business visitors or customers.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums and correspondences.
  • Handle and prioritize correspondences (e-mail, letters, proposal, etc).

- Coordinate travel arrangements

  • Arrange business travel and meetings by developing optimal itineraries and agendas (schedule, book the transportation).
  • Arrange lodging and meeting accommodations.
  • Manage and ensure payment of expenses.

- Facilitation

  • Facilitate business workshop/activities/conferences.
  • Maintain contact with various suppliers.
  • Manage the flow of information.

Key Professional Competencies:

  • Deep knowledge of office administration, travel arrangement.
  • Specialize in business conference/workshop organizing.
  • Knowledge of work permit, visa process.
  • Strong knowledge on MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Fluent English level.

Qualification & Experience:
