What you'll be doing

Candidate should have implemented multiple full cycle AEM projects.
• Overall 6+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years of experience developing site in AEM 6.3+
• Must have experience with Multi-Site Manager (MSM), Language Copy, Translation Services, Dispatcher
• Must have experience with AEM Upgrades analyze upgrade path, identify code changes and support testing & deployment• Experience in JSP, Java EE, Junit, OSGi, Servlets, JSTL Tag Library, Annotations, Eclipse Development
• Capable to make changes independently to AEM site content, assets, and workflow in bulk batches
• Designs and builds components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR)
• Strong understanding of the development and deployment process within AEM, including automated build processes using Apache Maven, Jenkins and Artifactory
• Diagnoses and solves technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalization
• Experience with the Personalization feature in AEM/Target and workflows
• Experience with Multisite management MSM setup and development
• Experience with data exchange protocols like JSON and XML
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and attendant technologies
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools.
• Experience with secure coding practices.
• Experience with JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, REST, jQuery, AJAX
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools.

• Exposure to work in CI/CD pipeline environment
• Ability to work in an agile, rapid development, and prototyping environment
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Analytical skills to identify root cause and come up with solutions/alternatives
• Knowledge of agile environment- with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe methodologies
• AEM Certification is a plus
