POSITION TITLE:                           Payroll Administrator

WORK STYLE DESIGNATION:     Remote (Restricted)           

WORK STYLE REQUIREMENT:    Remote within a communicable distance to Schaumburg, IL Office

WORK LOCATION:                          Schaumburg, IL

EXPECTED PAY RANGE: $43,933 - $60,408 

This pay range is for the position's base salary only. This position may be eligible for other compensation including incentive pay and/or allowances. Candidates will receive additional information during the interview and selection process.


Position is responsible for:  posting payroll and timesheet data within the company’s ADP Payroll system WorkforceNow database timely and with accuracy; report payroll GL uploads for month end financial reporting. Maintain accuracy of accrual balances and shift data within ADP Etime. Assist with processing retroactive adjustments and special pay as applicable. Run reports as needed for divisions, audits, etc. within ADP Workforce Now and ADP Enterprise Etime. Ability to effectively communicate with employee and management levels in regard to inquiries. Other related responsibilities as required.


Payroll, Timesheets, Reporting

  • Manage the data entry for payroll in ADP Workforce Now  
  • Responsible for the review, reconciliation, and accuracy of payroll data for processing and reporting purposes.
  • Audits employee accrual data and shifts within ADP Enterprise Etime.
  • Ensures appropriate amounts/deductions are calculated and applied to the various payroll accounts.
  • Back-up for payroll
  • Wire Transfer reporting per pay period
  • Support preparation of bi-annual HR&GA budget data.
  • Support preparation for audit reports
  • Maintains ADP Payroll & Timesheet system.
  • Process employment forms and inputs employee data into ADP system including new hires, terminations, status changes, pay, etc.
  • Other related projects, assignments or tasks as required.


  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) (Finance/Accounting) preferred or related work experience required.


  • Minimum of three (3) or more years of related experience.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with SAP FI/CO modules as it relates to payroll/budgeting activities is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with ADP automated Workforce Now/Payroll system and Enterprise Etime is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Workday a plus but not required
  • Knowledge and experience with general accounting principles and functions


  • Strong computer skills required, i.e., Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • ADP Workforce Now Highly preferred.
  • Accuracy – ability to perform work accurately, thoroughly, timely.
