Meet our Team

You will be working in the Reporting team, which is small but crucial for our client. We support them by producing multiple contractual reports every month where timelines are the key. Our priority is working closely in collaboration with many teams such as Capacity Planning, Engineering and multiple other central teams working towards a common goal.

What you'll be doing

The purpose of the Senior Reporting Analyst position is to support design and creation of all internal and external reports required to deliver a dedicated service to the client. This includes the design, production and support of customer reports specified in the contract, as well as reports needed to administer both the managed service and transformation programme. In addition, Technical Consultant will assist in the design and creation of management information reports and a customer portal.

What you bring to the team
  • A good understanding of RDBMS (MySQL or MariaDB) is required including knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL. (Packages/Procedures/Functions/Triggers/Views etc),
  • A reasonable understanding of Unix environments and shell scripting is required.
  • Must have proven coding skills with per including a good understanding of DBl (Python knowledge would be a plus) ,
  • Ability to write well-structured reports with clear, logical, and succinct English,
  • A good understanding of Enterprise storage and its associated infrastructure would be required,
  • Having front end skills such as HTML, JSON, Apache, NGINX would be a bonus
