What you'll be doing

The ideal candidate will have the following experiences and traits:
10+ years of consulting experiences in a primary sub-practice (see below for details)
5+ years of consulting or industry experiences in at least one other sub-practice
Led various technology implementations
Led various sales execution cycles, from RFP to contracts
Disciplined use of PMI's project management knowledge areas or comparable
Demonstrated leadership and management skills
Demonstrated negotiation skills
Demonstrated project financial acumen
Willingness to lead key account projects
Willingness to lead sales pursuits
Willingness to contribute to a doubling of the team's size and revenue
• Nice to Have
At least one full life-cycle ERP implementation project (i.e.: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
Experience managing parts or all of solution testing, including business data
PMP certification
Sold work at an existing client via change orders
Led a sales proposal effort thru orals presentation
Possesses an extensive professional network that can be leveraged to support team growth

Is capable of having difficult conversations with clients and is adept at making them see the HV point of view and position.
Is skilled with dealing with difficult stakeholders and is able defuse conflicts as and when needed.

Contributes to development of commercials: Understands commercial models and contributes to commercial development

Creation and implementation of business planning: Understands the business drivers and KPIs at Hitachi Vantara and within the Consulting team to build an effective and successful business.

Executes team management responsibilities e.g. Capability Leadership or Key Team Roles
