- Develop and maintain routing and process documentation
- Evaluate process and equipment capabilities and capacities and provide support and data for new equipment or process improvements
- Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material and equipment
- Evaluate and analyze engineering prints to develop quotes based on established guidelines
Qualifications for position include: - Preferred degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in Word/Power Point/Excel with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong oral and written communications
- Serve as a resource for production while pursuing opportunities to eliminate waste
- Energetic, hands-on, able to work on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision and willing to take on additional responsibilities
- Ability to foster positive relationships with production employees, peers and manufacturing management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as necessary to remote Waupaca Foundry facilities
