Job Description

Ensure the preparation of the local financial statement
Ensure the preparation of the monthly report
Ensure the tax and legal compliance
Follow the company policies and procedures to maintain the internal controls
Ensure vendor invoices are issued as per VAT local law
Ensure booking entries of General Ledger or AP or AR or Branch figures are posted on the right WBS
Maintain proper filling system
Audit Employees Expense claims, petty cash & Credit cards and ensure that its following the policy
Assist in Fixed asset management and physical counting
Engaging with other departments when its related to admin inquiry or assistant
Monthly ReconciliationsAny other tasks required
