What you'll be doing

• Gather requirements from stakeholders including business subject matter users and IT teams.
• Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement, and implementations.
• Define technical requirements for Development Team.
• Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
• Assist Product Owner with acceptance criteria.
• Document data migration requirements, including source system analysis and source to target.
• Analyzes & acquires data from primary and secondary data sources - creating mapping specifications for use by development teams.
• Maintain clear and detailed integration requirement specifications, ensuring the design is of the most efficient streamlined flow without redundancies.
• Develop functional design.
• Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Identify test scenarios and support regression/UAT testing.
• Sanity/smoke test and defect re-validations prior to PO review.
• Develop and execute test plans.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
• Experience in JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr tools
