Drive the strategies to improve conversion, engagement rates, SEO and personalization for B2B web site
Execute key initiatives for B2B web site improvements
Provide regular reports and analytics insights on website performance to enterprise wide audience
Create digital dashboards and performance summary reports for various business units and management
Participate in online product and program development to ensure tracking and measurement of new products and establish baseline performance expectations
Work with advertising agency and members of the marketing team to identify opportunities to improve ad performance, promotions and web/store sales
Make recommendations to senior management on ways to improve the website
Supervise web analysts in creating web reports, defining/reviewing KPI's, providing insights and suggestions into future enhancements
Responsible for developing and maintaining reference material and documentation, including user guide/help sites
Proactively identify and implement actions to improve forecasting and reporting processes and overall forecasting accuracy
Knowledge of or familiarity with online marketing; measurement, ad serving, and media buying What you bring to the team
- Experience managing global teams (5 - 8 team members)
- 7+ years of data mining and analysis experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Must be certified in Adobe Analytics
- Preferably certified in Google Analytics
- Preferably certified in Tealium
- Preferably certified in Adobe Target
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science or other related field.
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills to present and explain insights.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, a sense of urgency, and a "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively with different people in engineering, marketing and creative fields
- Past experience in working with global teams, especially in India, is a plus.
As required by the equal pay and transparency acts, the expected base salary for this position is:
Tier One Location (including New York City and California Bay Area): $123,000 -$176,000
Tier Two Location (including Colorado, Seattle, and the rest of California): $107,000 - $153,000
Tier Three Location (including the rest of Washington State): $85,000 - $122,000
The expected pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi Vantara's bonus/variable/commission pay programs, where applicable, and are subject to the program's conditions and restrictions. Our Company
