Our Northern EMEA customers are supported by an established, experienced, and high performing team and we are currently looking to hire a Regional Services Director to lead our team across NEMEA, UK&I and Sub Saharan Africa

What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for ensuring that Hitachi Vantara continue to deliver a best-in-class service to our customers across the region: maintaining a high level of Customer Satisfaction while delivering AOP targets. This is a fantastic opportunity for an operational and commercially astute services professional to join and lead a strong region wide technical team.

You will establish and implement strategies that have short to mid-term (1-3 years) impact on business results in alignment with our corporate objectives. You will lead multi-geo teams of senior managers, and be responsible for or optimizing the organization, structure, processes and talent required to execute for our customers.
  • Management of the CS&S team in the entire Northern Region (SEFINO, Denmark, UK&I Sub Saharan Africa
  • Development and implementation of strategic plans and goals for the CS&S team within the region
  • Approving key decisions related to pricing, terms, conditions, quotas, promotions, etc.
  • Definition and management of engagement models with customers
  • Responsibility for the operational success and delivery of key KPI's, C-Sat, governance models & more
  • Owning relationships with sales management and key customers

What you bring to the team:
  • Demonstrable experience in leading the delivery of complex technology services to global enterprise customers - using strong commercial and contractual acumen.
  • A career based on successfully building & leading a superior support services in a comparable organization and customer profile.
  • Experience leading in a matrix management structure and possessing a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Experience in working with partners
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken business English
  • ITIL service management, 6 Sigma, continuous improvement methods are highly desirable
