Warranty Service Administrator

Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a global brand providing a variety of machinery for the construction and mining industries.

HCA is seeking a motivated, and energized individual to join our Administrative Team as a Warranty Service Administrator. This will be a permanent Full Time role base in out Cavan office.

Reporting to the Administration Manager you will be responsible for:

• Opening, closing and managing Warranty work orders
• Raising and completing Warranty claims
• Managing Warranty parts storage
• Compiling monthly reports
• New Machine Service Agreement maintenance
• New Machine Parts Ordering
• Creating & Receipting Purchase Orders
• Opening & Closing jobs
• Other Service Administration tasks

To be successful you will possess:

• Interpersonal and organisational skills
• An eye for detail
• A competent level of computer literacy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work both autonomously as well as part of a team
• Intermediate Microsoft office skills

Previous experience in Warranty would be considered advantageous.
