Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support to Sale & Marketing team and Project team for commercial related matters. Prepare Client BG, EMD, Order booking in system.  

• Periodically project financially evaluation and analysis and implement the results. Maintain project cash flow.

• Support in framing taxation structure during finalizing the contract with customer & vendor.

• Provide timely, relevant and accurate information on commercial matters of projects. Generate timely invoices to Clients.

• Preparing MIS/ Reports as required by Project Manager

• Constant Supervision of Project financial health.

• Client, vendor and sub-contractor invoice/PO timely & accurate reconsilation. Keep updated client /vendor outstanding's.

• Any other Documentation required for project commercial.

Other Knowledge & Skills:

• Project Management Skill 

• Proper understanding of complete project deliverables for EPC / LSTK projects.

• Fluency in English / Hindi communication

• Organization skills and a methodical approach to work

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Negotiation skills & strong teamworking skills

• Excellent IT skills

• Flexibility

• Proficiency in Indian Basic Taxation structure

Qualification: MBA /Degree in Bcom, Mcom and MBA in finance or Taxation

Experience:  6-7+ years of experience as a Project Commercial
