Description
To ensure the new product development on time and zero defect from supplier end.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Should have good management skills & technical skills to find out root cause of defect.
Should have knowledge of GD&T, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, 7 QC TOOLS.
Should have measurement knowledge must be aware of Contour tracer, Rondcom, VMM, Roughness tester.
To ensure quality of all Incoming parts (Plastics, Sheet Metal, machining parts, Rubber parts, Die-casting parts).
Taking corrective & preventive actions on complaint for child parts from line.
Conducts PPAP at supplier site for New part Development.
Inspection method & gauge finalization in house & supplier for new products.
Continuous Improvement activities at supplier site for elimination defects.
Preparation of Quality standard, Quality specification & Inspection Format.
Preparation of drawing for different process at different supplier.
Relationship & Authority
Should have good relationship and communication with all supplier and department.
Authorised for doing verification of inspection data for new development part
Qualification & Experience
Good communication skill & ability to deal with supplier.
Leadership Quality.
Able to mould myself quickly according to what situations demands.
Good exposure in MS Word, Excel & Power point.
Skill and Ability
B-TECH / Diploma (Mechanical)
2-4 YEARS/ 4-6 YEARS.
