Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Mumbai
Company: Hitachi High-Tech Analytical Science Ltd
Salary Range: As per the industry

Type of Employment: This will be on contract basis for 6 months for a third-party payroll.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining Hotline

  • Attending all incoming calls and SMSes on Sales Hotline Number/s.

  • Maintain a data base of the same.

  • Evaluating the calls & determining whether the same can be considered as a Lead.

  • Enter the Leads / Qualified Leads in the CRM.

  • Allocate the Leads to Sales Team / Distributor.

  • Regular follow up on the leads with the Sales Team / Distributor / Customer (as may be required).

  • Update the lead status in the CRM / Sales Force after feedback from the Sales Team / Distributor / Customer.

  • Attending all incoming calls & SMSes on Service Hotline Number. Evaluate the call and assign the same to respective Service Team Leader.

2. Lead Management

  • Validate all the incoming leads (message / emails / communications in trade shows). 

  • First line communication with the Customer to evaluate the lead.

  • Enter the Leads & qualify the same CRM / Sales Force.

  • Allocate the Leads to Sales Team / Distributor as the case may be.

  • Regular follow up on the leads with the Sales Team / Distributor / Customer (as may be required).

3. Sales Support

  • Undertaking market research and generating leads through cold calls etc. 

  • Interface with the customers (offline / onsite) as may be required from time to time.

  • Undertake travel with the sales team for sales and marketing related support as may be required from time to time.

  • Assist in preparing quotations and follow up.

  • Assist in trade shows, webinars, seminars, service camps etc.

  • Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.

  • Assist in following up for marketing activities’ vendor registration and their payments.

  • Marketing collaterals inventory management.

  • Undertake liaising work with the customers / distributors and internal finance to support in the documentation / registration / export control process as may be required from time to time.

  • Closely work with administrative, logistics and finance team to support the Sales and Service team as may be requested from time to time.

  • Uphold HHA / HHT Brand integrity with end customers / distributors / agents and operate in a manner consistent with the HHA / HHT brand values.

  • Provide regular monthly reports of all activities being carried out during the month.

  • Build and maintain close and effective working relationships with team members.

  • Maintain professional awareness of relevant external technical and business developments and of competitor activities where ever possible.

  • Promote a positive image of Hitachi High-Tech Analytical Science and HHA Service in all communications with the customers / distributors etc, whether in person, by telephone or in writing.

Indicative Performance Measures:

  • Lead Entry in Sales Force and Follow Up

  • Opportunity updates in Sales Force

  • Database and Lead Generations, Timely Updated Sales Force Database.

  • Enhanced Market Visibility

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in (preferably science) / Diploma in Marketing.

Professional Skills & Abilities:

  • MS 365, Salesforce, CRM, Digital Marketing exp most preferred

  • PC skills and good working knowledge of content management systems, MS Office applications (Excel/Power Point/Teams etc)

  • Excellent spoken and written English. Any additional local language skill would be additional advantage
