We are looking for an entrepreneurial product leader for Lumada Data Software products which includes data integration, data governance, data catalog, data quality amongst other capabilities. You will be a Product Manager on the Product Management team and will be responsible for defining the why, when, and what of the product(s) that the engineering team builds. Product Managers lead cross-functional teams from ideation through execution and launch. Product Managers are responsible for setting a product vision and strategy in addition to optimizing the product's market position and financial returns consistent with the corporate strategy.

The Technical Product Manager is responsible for managing the technical product roadmaps of for Data Management, Data Integration and Business Analytics areas. You will work across teams, organizations, and stakeholders to support customers and partners in their journeys to implement and deploy the Lumada Data Management platform for various IT & OT use case scenarios. We are looking for a passionate, and data driven individuals who are product-minded, customer centric, curious, love to learn, collaborative and are willing to be challenged.

The Role
• Lead the execution of an end-to-end product/platform vision and define a multi-year roadmap for the product in partnership with Engineering and the Business teams
• Partner with all stakeholders to understand business needs, outcomes and value and ensure the roadmaps are aligned to those needs.
• Utilizing a "customer-centric" mindset in designing roadmaps and building products/platforms that both meet current and future enterprise needs
• Define quarterly OKR's, PRD's for each release based upon the customer priority and the features defined in the roadmap .
• Work with GTM, Marketing, Solutions Engineering and Analysts teams for all outbound product management related activities
• Constantly communicate product vision, features, priorities, deliverables, and goals to the stakeholders via program documentation, launch announcements, release notes, brown bags, webinars, and user training etc.
• Track value delivered, product adoption, performance, and execution against the end-to-end roadmap and adjusting roadmaps as necessary
• Bringing best-in-class market and industry insights to the platform and product strategy
• Resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to management and project stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert in customer conversations and escalations building trust with customers and communities
• Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
• Deliver both technical and business-level presentations to internal and external audiences

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or Engineering related degree
• 8+ years Experience in Product Management, Product Owner, Program Management working on On Prem/ SaaS data platforms, focusing on enterprise grade solutions.
• Good technical understanding of API's, Connectors, CI/CD, Big Data tools using Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, Airflow, Elastic Search, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Technical knowledge in large distributed systems, Data Warehousing/Data Lake at scale, Data Analytics, and Data Governance areas
• Proven strong cross-team and cross-org stakeholder management. Ability to influence, motivate, and align people across a broad variety of job functions.
• Metrics-driven, experience in determining effective program KPIs and using them to measure program success
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
