What you'll be doing

Role Description:
Experience of 10+ yrs. in product development / technical requirement analysis

Strong .NET / C# / Microsoft experience background with good experience in managing requirements and product backlog creation and maintenance.
Have experience in Integration & modernization projects using Windows desktop and Responsive Web applications.
Should be able to understand the pseudo code to convert it into business requirement.
FoxPro knowledge will be a great added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the team on functional requirement act as a Product owner for the team.
- Backlog management
- Work with Client Business and technical team in requirement gathering and documentation
- Manage the team in planning the backlog and coordinate with the Offshore Leads in planning the deliverables.
Technical abilities:
- Understand the code and convert it into functional requirement
- Participate in technical approach discussions with the Client and team
- Detail the user stories with functional and technical requirements
- SpecFlow experience
- Understand pseudo code, database design and stored procedures
- Exposure in working with .NET C# projects, integration and modernization projects
- FoxPro understanding would be of great advantage

Mandatory Skills:
Great communication skills working directly with Clients Leads in requirement gathering.
Communicate with the Onsite team/Client or Team leads on elaborating.
Take lead ownership on the overall functional knowledge on the project, a go to person for all kind of product related queries.

As required by the equal pay and transparency acts, the expected base salary for this position is:

$85k-$120k base+ Bonus+ Benefits

The expected pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi Vantara's bonus/variable/commission pay programs, where applicable, and are subject to the program's conditions and restrictions.
