Job Description- Able to manage large, multi-team/workload, highly complex and strategic client programs that impacts organizational overall success
- Ability to manage and report on program level scope, risk, quality, cost, change management and schedule
- Establish processes for ensuring accountability, broadly communicating standards, compliancy, codes and legislation
- Working with project and/or program sponsor to develop program communications, set direction and goals, and determine priorities for project components (e.g., Projects, workstreams)
- Facilitating risk assessment/mitigation sessions across the program and follow through risk management with a balanced and business priority-driven approach
- Makes high-risk decisions in the face of ambiguity, able to balance competing priorities when making those decisions with confidence
- Leveraging a solid understanding of program life cycles and related principles, methodologies and best practices and improves such processes and execution
- Understands the program lifecycle, including Program benefits realization and stakeholder management
- Manage and execute program budgets as well as ownership of program P&L
- Understands an organization's financial performance as a key input to developing business strategies
- Assist with the discovery and development of SOW's, Change orders, etc.
- Participate in Steering Committee deliverables as part of program delivery process
- Provide leadership and communication to both customers and internal Hitachi Solutions stakeholders on project and program progressions, challenges, threats, etc.
- Participate in ongoing process improvement within Hitachi Solutions around practice, delivery teams and methodology initiatives
- Provides escalation point for team on program and professional matters able to coach and resolve conflicts
- Supports sales by providing estimates for new opportunities
- Performs other duties or tasks as assigned or required
- Reports to Project Services Program Director Team Lead

- Managing contracts and agreements with clients to ensure all requirements are fulfilled
Qualifications- Minimum of 12 years' experience in professional services Project Management and Program Manager roles
- Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management (including business and IT C-level staff) and customers/vendors
- Balance of business knowledge and people management skills
- Applied experience with Project Management principles, Program Management practices, and methodologies such as AGILE, SCRUM, PMI, etc.
- Genuine passion for the work we do and the technologies we support

- Ability to manage programs, which includes associated projects and workstreams
- Ability to think strategically in support of multi-dimensional issues, able to conduct risk analysis for success opportunities

Preferred Skills :- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Program Management Professional certification (PgMP) preferred
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of SCRUM framework
- CSM certification a plus
