What you'll be doing

PM/CS Consultant

• To work AMS tickets (Incidents, service requests and Change Requests).
• 10 to 15 years of experience in Support/implementation projects (with hands-on experience on PPQM module
• SAP Customer Service Constultant
• To work on AMS tickets (incidents, Service requests, Change requests).

What you bring to the team

• Able to work independently with Client on business requirements (for change requests) and work with technical team as required..
