Description
The SMT Process Engineer is responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving the surface mount processes and programs for Automotive ECU production lines. These processes include screen print, chip mount, and reflow as well as AOI/SPV processes. A core focus of this role is leading efforts to reduce defects created during the SMT process and improve efficiency. The department currently consists of six SMT lines that run multiple shifts, 5 days a week with weekends as needed based on customer demands.(empty)
