Role & Responsibilities

To augment tasks and deliverables of current solution architect.

To acquire a lead generation specialist to support Business Development Group in covering General Contractors and Developers, Manufacturing, Mid to Large sized Enterprise Business, Partners:

Generate high-quality leads that matches our business offerings Have a continuous and consistent numbers of generated qualified leads Keep an eye of the new opportunities in the market especially on the identified key accounts; making sure that we are one of the listed providers Have a faster conversion rate From raw leads to qualified leads From qualified leads to opportunities From opportunities to proposals From proposals to closed deals

Job Description

Build and manage effective lead generation channels in different industry sectors (General Contractors and Developers, Manufacturing, Mid to Large sized Enterprise Business, Partners) Identify decision makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies and business offerings Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow up communications to move sales opportunities through the sales pipeline funnel Do customer and partner accreditation and sales support activities Work with Business development manager and support team members to develop and grow the BDM sales pipeline to consistently meet target annual revenue goals

Required Knowledge and Skills

A university degree in IT or business studies is preferred Minimum of five years of related experience in lead generation on B2B market Well versed in the IT terminologies, came from an IT company is preferred Knowledge in the IIOT, IT Infrastructure, Video and Data Analytics and Business Applications Ability to communicate technical information to users and management Excellent customer service skills to enable them to deal politely and effectively with customers' inquiries Team player, independent, willing to learn and updated with technology, equipment, and systems Ability to multi-task and work well under heavy deadlines
