Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and experienced .NET FULL STACK Architect with 12+ years of Experience. Our Full Stack developer must have knowledge in all stages of software development. The candidate should be familiar with development life cycle, agile development methodology and change management with hands on experience in latest internet technologies and client-server architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for front and back-end web development.
• API design and development

• Hands-on Technology Lead/project Management with effective communicator between client NA Leadership. A Mentor for the offshore delivery team, a Core Developer, and a Solution Architect for enterprise applications.
• Coding in ASP.NET and C# using Microsoft recommended best practices.
• Unit testing for own developed code with the help of provide business scenarios.
• Manage roadblocks and escalation whenever required and ensure quality deliverable. Design and Architect Enterprise application and Framework.
• Expert in solving business problems with minimum changes and with best solutions using algorithms and Data structures.
• Ensure that code is scalable for high traffic, numerous transactions and huge data size scenarios.
• Providing mentorship to the delivery team, Coding, Unit testing, Code Review, quality assurance.
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends in design, coding and innovation.

Qualifications

• 12+ Years of experience would be preferred in Object-oriented design methodology and application development in .NET.
• An individual contributor as well as managing a highly skilled technical team for designing & developing extensible, scalable, and distributed platforms using a wide spectrum of technologies e.g., .NET Core, Web API, React, Angular, Microsoft Azure Services.
• Strong knowledge of web based Technologies and Passionate for software engineering.
• Hands-on Technology Lead with effective communicator between client NA Leadership. A Mentor for the offshore delivery team, a Core Developer, and a Solution Architect for enterprise applications.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment driven by agile methodologies - SPRINT with daily SCRUM.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• MCP/MCAD certifications is a plus.
• Educational Qualification: BE/MCA/ Any Graduation.
