Due to promotions and investment for continued growth, we are looking to make a number hires into our expanding Cloud Solutions and Services GTM team here in London.

These roles offer business developers with experience prospecting & selling digital transformation to enterprise customers the chance to step up and run deals (up to €300k & with support) plus get a fast track into a fully fledged Account Executive role. Meet our team

Our Digital Solutions team work with the largest enterprise clients, establishing business relationships to understand our customers challenges. Central to the growth of this team in recent years are our cloud services and data offerings. The DS sales team specialize in the design and implementation of digital technologies (Cloud Migration, Application Modernization, Data Engineering) to drive tangible business outcomes for our clients.

They collaborate as a close knit team, working with both technical and senior commercial stakeholders in our customers as well as with Hitachi internal delivery teams to shape solutions.

This is a junior sales role with a fast track for success - it is focused on demand generation (meetings, RFP's) but will have the opportunity to own and run smaller deals. The role reports to a senior director in the sales team who is still a hands on, top performing individual contributor

What you'll be doing

Seeking to build trust with new prospect customers through lead generation activity, working closely with our Sales Executives and marketing. Executing on lead generation campaigns using social selling tools such as LinkedIn / Marketo to identify and nurture new contacts and arrange meetings to discuss client needs and how our propositions could help. Articulating our industry leading technology solutions, which include Hybrid Cloud, Application Migration, Big Data, Advanced Analytics and IoT to enable customers to realise the highest levels of success.

  • A tenacious attitude with high levels of self-motivation needed in new business
  • An ability to work as part of virtual teams to create and deliver innovative propositions
  • You follow and are passionate about industry trend, extrapolating the business benefits of technology solutions to meet their needs
