This position will be responsible for maintaining Waupaca Way boards, generating quality FMEA's and RPN reduction actions, data mining to support other process engineers, and other duties as assigned.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS : - Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, AS/400, Lotus Notes, and SAP
- Foundry process knowledge
- Prior Core experience helpful
- Problem Solving skills
- Proficient in oral, written & computer skills
- Flexible schedule - will be required to work all shifts
- Ability to work independently, ability to lead teams
- Good attendance record
- Must possess or be willing to take additional training / certification (ie: CQE, CQA, FVTC courses, etc.)
- Analyzes daily scrap results by part number, determining most common scrap type
- Ability to multi-task with strong time management skills
- This position will report to the Process Engineering Manager
