HR Business Partner - Generalist (m/w/d)

Im Rahmen dieser Tätigkeit bist Du ein Teil der Personalabteilung und damit ab sofort, unbefristet und in Vollzeit für den HR-Support innerhalb des Unternehmens verantwortlich.

Zu Deinen Kernaufgaben gehören:

• Du berätst, betreust Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende unserer Zentralfunktionen (Sales, Finance & Controlling, Quality, etc.) in allen personalrelevanten Angelegenheiten sowie
  arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
• Du führst (bereichsübergreifende) HR-Projekte (z.B. im Bereich Automatisierung und Digitalisierung, etc.) durch
• Du engagierst Dich in Workshops, Gremien und strategischen HR-Projekten (konzernübergreifend und international)
• Du stehst im engen Austausch mit Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition und HRIS-Partnern
• Betreuung des Lebenszyklus der Mitarbeiter (On- und Offboarding) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Personalreferenten / HR Specialist
• Permanente Prozessoptimierung in Übereinstimmung des Hitachi Astemo Europe GmbH Qualitätsstandards
• Du moderiest Personalgespräche und setzt Einzelmaßnahmen unter Beachtung gesetzlicher, betriebsverfassungsrechtlicher und betrieblicher Regelungen um
• Sicherere Kommunikation in englischer und deutscher Sprache

Profil und Qualifikationen:

• Completed studies with a relevant focus or completed vocational training with further training in the field of personnel
• Professional experience in HR with a comparable range of tasks
• Expert knowledge Knowledge of labour, social security and tax law
• Safe handling of MS Office products; especially Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience with the Workday HR program
• Strong communicative and social competence paired with the ability to work in a team,
