The Director of Business Transformation will be responsible for driving execution of global strategic priorities across functions, including sales, operations, supply chain and pricing. This critical position will lead efforts to report, respond, revitalize and reinvent our Company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safety – Conduct all activities in a safe manner, utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) where applicable and adhering to Company policy. Safety is # 1.
Drive execution of strategic priorities across global teams; functional areas of focus include sales, inventory, operations, supply chain and pricing.
Initiative examples include salesforce effectiveness, pricing discipline, operational excellence and real estate harmonization.
Work directly with senior leadership as a strategic thought partner to drive decision-making and alignment of capabilities, plans and growth.
Work cross functionally to identify and implement best ways of working across the organization.
Oversee global support functions, including business analytics and project management.
Ability to perform project management oversight (PMO) activities, and as needed lead PMO teams in support of program objectives, including monitoring of results.
Research, organize and summarize information to facilitate effective data access and actionable outcomes.
Perform analyses technically and analytically, thru top-down hypotheses, to conclusion, recommendation and implementation plans. Once developed, drive execution to realize benefit.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and quantitative exhibits for senior leaders and key stakeholders. Support merger and acquisition (M&A) diligence and integration efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 7-10 years relevant experience
Experience with business transformation and enablement including business process design; business process optimization and reengineering; cross-functional facilitation; organizational change management including roles assessment/mapping/redesign and organizational structure assessment/redesign; change leadership
Position holder is experienced in the multiple areas of information and data management for sales, operations, finance, supply chain, customer service, HR, or manufacturing.
Experience in project management, business analytics and business execution, along with driving movement forward through regular cadence.
Must have excellent communication abilities and is experienced in project management and leading teams.
Experience in applying KPI and analytics to business processes to drive improvement
Up to 25% travel including international.
