What you'll be doing - Contribute to Hitachi's Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) policy and plan of action which includes coordinating the initiatives, events and programs that support the overall objectives and goals,
- Coordinate, prepare and review diversity-related communications, reports and surveys,
- Coordinate data collection, entry, and reporting processes relative to D&I. Use data to track and report progress on D&I goals and objectives,
- Update SharePoint or other internal platforms (Teams, Yammer) with D&I focus,
- Provide technical input, draft policy documents and required briefs/ documents/ reports / presentations related to D&I,
- Lead research, analysis and evaluation, and quantitative and qualitative research related to D&I,
- Participate in inter-company meetings and activities to foster collaboration in the D&I space,
- Plan, prepare, and coordinate D&I events, workshops, presentations, meetings and/or trainings, for employees and other key stakeholders in the organization,
- Partner proactively with the Human Resources function to develop, facilitate and support D&I best practices.
What you bring to the team - Bachelors degree in Communications, Human Resources or related discipline,
- 2 Years work experience, preferably in a multi-national environment,
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels,
- Digitally fluent in communication applications,
- Knowledge of GDPR regulations,
- Skilled in data administration, reporting and presentations.
