Location- Pune

Shift- 12-9 PM IST & Rotational.

Job Type- Hybrid Mode



RPA- Manage entire spectrum of Business & Sales Operations, Order Management, License Management, Deal desk management, Contract Analysis, Client Servicing, Training & Development and Team Management.

The key responsibilities of this role will involve transactional analysis, order processing and revenue recognition of Product and Services engagements that involve commercial terms, deal structuring, Tenders & RFP (Request for Proposal) responses, quotes and orders for proper accounting and adherence to Company Policies. You will have opportunities to collaborate with Global Revenue Performance colleagues to achieve consistent best practices and judgement.

Job Description

The Revenue Performance Organization in Controllership is a dynamic, stakeholder and customer-oriented team in Finance that works with sales and services on customer contracts, orders, and structures and manages these deals from

Quote to Cash with specialization in revenue recognition.

We value business-focus while ensuring that we meet compliance and revenue standards under IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). We collaborate with legal, logistics, FP&A, broader controllership, change management, shared services, and audit associates.

In this role, you will perform

repeatable transactional order processing, financial, and contract review of order intake with ownership for the end-to-end processing of complex Customer arrangements that may involve non-standard complex commercial terms.

You will support sales campaigns in the Opportunity, Quote and Order phases and engage with Hitachi Vantara Sales and external Customers, as necessary. Additionally, you will interface with Hitachi Vantara Finance, Legal, Distribution, and Shared Services functions, in a collaborative setting, in the resolution and processing of quotes, orders, and accountable for the recognition of accurate revenue and costs. Each transaction is required to be structured in accordance with Hitachi Vantara revenue recognition policies, JSOX, IFRS15 and IFRS16 standards to optimize revenue, profits, and compliance.

  • Ability to work well with and influence various levels and functions within Hitachi Vantara, and
  • Industry knowledge and applicable knowledge of IFRS15, IFRS16, or ASC 606.
  • Adept at using cloud-based applications common in the industry.
  • At least Three years' experience in an industry-related revenue field.
  • Professional degree such as BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent achieved or started is a plus.
