H-E Parts International Mining Solutions – Cooling Division is the leading independent manufacturer and supplier of high-quality radiators and cooling solutions. With innovative products and reliable technology, we provide industrial radiator and heat exchange repair services to the mining, transport, construction, agricultural and general industry business sectors.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Technical Sales – Product Support Representative to join their team in Mackay. In this permanent fulltime role, your core focus will be on the delivery of increased sales, market share, HME maintenance plans and market intelligence functions primarily for the mining sector for the QLD operations.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Increase sales, margin, and market share for the Cooling Division.
  • Develop and deliver Sales plans, Marketing Strategy, and support Brand Building.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support relating to products, pricing, service and technical information.
  • Identify new opportunities for all HEPI divisions – specifically Cooling, Mining and Engines Divisions.
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships at multiple levels and disciplines.
  • Meet financial objectives through sales and gross margin results in line with budget.           
  • Provide technical assistance where requested.

About You

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Proven success in sales and account management.
  • Over 10 years’ experience and a broad network of contacts in the mining industry in QLD.
  • Proven ability to prepare sales budgets and monitor sales performance.
  • Highly developed sales and relationship management skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Technical background or a working knowledge of mobile plant and equipment.
  • Previous experience using CRM systems preferred.
