The Opportunity

HCA is expressing interest for a motivated Branch ministrator to join our Pilbara Team in the near future. This role will have you providing end to end administrative support for the Pilbara team and will be best suited for a personable professional.

Reporting to the Pilbara Manager, main responsibilities include:

• Maintaining customer timesheet and payment system for Pilbara team.
• Maintaining customer payment system for Western Region accounts team.
• Timesheet entry and payroll support
• Opening, preparing and closing of jobs & processing invoices
• Ad-hoc branch administrative duties as required

To be successful you will need:

• Demonstrated experience in a service orientated administrative role
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel - Advance Excel would be of advantage.
• A positive attitude and the ability to take initiative and work as part of a small team
• High attention to detail and level of accuracy
• Dynamics 365 experience is preferred but not essential
