POSITION:     Site Administrator Brisbane

Long term role – immediate start

Based in Brisbane, you will be part of dynamic, innovative and collaborative team renowned for its world-class thinking and solutions. As Site Administrator you will be working to support the all the site requirements of the ETCS L2 project. You will work closely with the Senior Construction Manager to ensure the ETCS L2 project is delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

The key accountabilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain efficient filing and archiving system in accordance with organisation procedures and quality control frameworks.
  • Coordinate all site visitor and site mobilisation requests.
  • Coordinate all Project and Site Inductions.
  • Procurement and management of PPE for Project related personnel.
  • Raising and managing Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and processing invoices.
  • Arrange training in accordance with specific competency requirements.
  • Order and maintain stationery supplies and other miscellaneous office items required on site.
  • Coordinate mail and courier package distribution, photocopying, opening mail and alerting team members of urgent or important matters.
  • Assist with meeting minute taking for project meetings as requested.
  • Maintain Rail Industry Worker database
  • Assist with the national rollout of a competency database currently under development.
  • Monitor / maintain project vehicle servicing and maintenance
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Senior Construction Manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3 + Years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
  • Competent in MS Office suite of programs.
  • Outstanding planning and organisational skills.
  • Experience in management of purchase orders and basic fiscal reconciliation.
