The Opportunity
Our Toowoomba branch has an exciting opportunity for a Service Supervisor to join the team and oversee its branch operations. In this role, you will manage and coordinate the delivery of service operations across the workshop and field service, whilst also taking overall responsibility for the branch.

The Toowoomba branch has achieved significant growth and as such we are looking for someone who is able to progress with the branch into more senior positions.

Focusing on ensuring a safety-first culture, you'll coordinate team activities to meet performance targets, timesheet deadlines and check that all service documentation is accurate and entered on time. You will enjoy partnering with our customers to resolve inquiries and liaise with suppliers and technical support to deliver Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction. Lastly, you will manage onsite compliance to ensure adherence to Hitachi's policies and procedures.
