Description

As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will oversee and execute the development of traditional and digital marketing strategies.  The content you create will support various marketing projects and programs.  You will serve as the Public Relations contact for the organization while being accountable for branding, marketing campaigns and promotional materials.  This will be your opportunity to see how the innovative automation solutions we deliver can optimize operations around the world. 

NOTE: As a 'hybrid-remote' position, the candidate will be required to work onsite in Holland, MI, three days per week. Relocation would be required for non-local candidates.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Oversee and accountable for marketing and communication project timelines & budget.
  • Build marketing programs across different channels and segments to support specific marketing objectives and align with the overall strategic marketing plan.
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives and messaging across different channels and market segments
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with media outlets.
  • Prepare articles, press kits, press releases, creative briefs and guide creative direction.
  • Translate brainstorming sessions, technical discussions and overall GTM objectives into engaging B2B marketing strategies, campaigns, product or program launches, etc.
  • Gather key market insights, understand target audiences, and/or identify internal capabilities.
  • Develop and execute an efficient internal communication strategy ensuring all teams are aligned and informed while maintaining understanding, advocacy and education of internal processes
  • Use the insights gained through marketing analysis to lead new content strategy and development for corporate marketing assets.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (art, creative, design, etc.) required.
  • Five or more years of experience in marketing communications, setting strategy, or public relations.
  • Five or more years’ experience in a leadership role within marketing, leading a team, and/or decision-making responsibilities, etc.

Skills You’ll Have: 

  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce, website analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Google Analytics required.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred.
  • Ability to identify target audiences and creatively devise and lead across marketing campaign channels to engage, educate and motivate others.
  • Manage multiple projects independently with little supervision.
  • Strong analytical, methodological and teamwork skills.
  • Well-developed organization skills.

Other details: 

  • Travel up to 10% to trade shows & other JR locations.
  • Oversee the growing marketing communications team.
