As part of a team, you will be partnering with our Bid Manager and Digital Transformation Subject Matter Experts (SME) within Presales, Sales and the wider business to create bid response content within the presales bid process.Content Creation
Our need is for a Bid Writer to focus on improving the written content of our bids. This role will complement our existing Bid Management process and discipline in how we run all bids. The Bid Manager role will provide process guidelines for a bid and the Bid Writer support content created by the Bid Manager, SMEs, Account Managers, Business Development Directors on content in a complementary partnership that plays to each roles' strengths.Helping you make an impact

Working within the process set by the Bid Manager for each bid, you will:
QualificationsWho we are looking for
- Adhere to well-defined bid processes and deadlines, set by the Bid Manager
- Use our software suite and Content Library to search for and match existing content with bid questions
- Review our SME's contributions to further develop, edit, proof and suggest improvements to our bid responses
- Use the agreed bid writing plan to partner with and guide SMEs in what a good response to individual questions might be, e.g. advising on scoring and weighting criteria, essential points and win themes
- Partner with the Bid Manager to flag the best bid content you create so it can go into the Content Library to be used in future bids
- Undertake occasional research and organisation of bid content 'off-bid'
