Lifecycle Service Account Manager

Description

As our Aftermarket team transitions into Lifecycle Management, we are searching for a sales-minded individual to fill the role of Lifecycle Service Account Manager. This  sales role will give the right candidate the perfect opportunity to develop their career in sales while joining an emerging, growth-oriented business unit.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain relationship with new and existing
• Develop and foster opportunities with customers
• Present Lifecycle Management capabilities
• Develop relationships with Project Sales team members
• Close orders to meet or exceed annual
• Maintain and submit appropriate records for forecasting, quote status, expenses, as well as minor estimating and proposal activity.
• Assist Applications Engineers as needed in developing solutions to the customer’s
• Continually contact prospective customers based on leads from business directories or other
• Support all aspects sales and marketing for territory
  • Industry trends
  • Geographic market understanding
  • Competitive landscape
  • Niche opportunity identification
  • Trade show participation
  • Marketing collateral
  • Trade associations involvement
  • Align product offerings with market needs
  • Standard product design
  • Identify unique IP opportunities

• Support lead generation activities

• Support marketing efforts
• Coordinate with
• Goal setting and alignment of activity to support goals

• Maintain & submit appropriate records for forecasting, quote status &
• Assist project implementation, legal and finance teams, as required

What You’ll Bring:

• BS/BA in related discipline, advanced degree, or related experience. 
• Advanced understanding of Mechanical sub-systems of automation equipment, Intermediate understanding of Controls ideal
• 7+ years of professional experience and 5+ years of successful experience in complex solution sales in a B2B role
• Able to multi-task and work in a high-growth, fast-paced and deadline driven environment successfully.
• Willingness for business travel up to 50%, primarily day travel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite; Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM
• Training in strategic selling methodology
• Experience in the logistics or manufacturing/automation industries
