Required Skills

• Looking for a Lead who has overall IT experience of 4-10 years who can closely work with customer and lead a team of 6-8 members.
• 4+ years' experience in ServiceNow development of ITBM, ITOM, etc, ServiceNow Integration with 3rd party tools such as JIRA, MS Azure, etc.
• Minimum 4+ years of ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration experience in an enterprise environment
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively to executive level customers.
• Past 3+ years' experience working as a Technical Business Analyst - in gathering requirements, designing & development of ServiceNow modules for implementation as per customer needs.
