About the Opportunity

Due to company growth, our business has a new and exciting opportunity for a motivated Internal Talent Resourcer to join our Recruitment Team. This role will role will be based in our Parramatta office. Reporting to the Talent Lead Oceania the Internal Talent Resourcer role will be responsible to support our Talent Acquisition specialists in Australia and New Zealand as well as work on special sourcing and talent pooling projects.

You day to day duties will include;

  • Assist with applicant screening and interviewing processes
  • Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with internal policy and relevant legislation/regulatory requirements
  • Assist TAs with our Apprenticeship recruitment program in Australia and New Zealand
  • Proactively building Talent pipeline for future roles for our AU and NZ businesses
  • Assisting with management of our system.
  • Building and maintaining candidate relationships
  • General administrative tasks

To be successful you will have;

  • Previous experience in sourcing and talent mapping will be highly regarded
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Motivated by connecting with new people
  • Presents a can-do attitude with a curious mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have great attention to detail
