Manager, HRIS

Description

As a Manager, HRIS, you will leverage your experience with HRIS system implementations and enhancements while leading a team through Workday module implementations. In addition, you will assist stakeholders with key decisions based on analytical reporting ensuring that the needs of the business and employees are met.

This is a hybrid role located in Holland, MI. You must be able to travel onsite for various business needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the HRIS software for the organization.
• Manage the processing of employee data such as pay changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and develop strategies for improving HR processes.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations, Orientation, Talent Acquisitions, and Payroll teams to maintain accurate employee records and serve as a connection between groups.
• Work cross-functionally and across locations.
• Collect and generate necessary data for reporting.
• Design manuals and document data processing procedures.
• Thorough understanding of HR policy, employment law, and business needs.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience
• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or Computer Science preferred.
• Experience with implementation and enhancing various HRIS platforms.

• Must be detail conscious and have strong analytical skills.
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
• Proven ability to accept and give direction, set expectations, and hold team members accountable.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives with varying priorities.
