We are looking for an experienced Change Manager with a background in the Consulting/Services industry (Big 4 or similar) to join our Global Consulting Practice.

This is a team of management consultants that help our customers through the upfront strategy formulation and design of client-centric solutions. Our main goal is to solve complex business problems for our clients using the pull-through of Hitachi IP, solutions and services.

What you'll be doing

Defining and owning the Organizational Change Management (OCM) elements of our customer transformation programmes and delivering the business change requirements for our customers digital technology adoption.

Working across change management, org design, job design, training, leadership coaching - both at the early stages of scoping/defining an engagement and during the delivery phases.

What you bring to the team
  • The ability to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time, aligning the project strategy with that of the overall organization and providing a compelling message to lead the organization through the change.
  • Experience of assessing organizational environments, developing the change management approach, and building the infrastructure for sustainable change.
  • Training & educating organizations on new processes and technologies throughout the project lifecycle, developing the knowledge, skills, and behavior to enable individuals to successfully perform in the future state.
  • The ability to coach leadership to actively lead the transition, arming leaders and stakeholders with the resources that they need to guide their teams through individual and organizational transitions.
