Goal of the Business Unit

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Application Sales Specialist to join our team. The candidate has the responsibility help to grow the digitalization portfolio for ASEAN. The candidate should possess deep Financial Services industry knowledge in combination with customer management experience. Successful candidate need to demonstrate an ability to translate business drivers and needs into technology solutions.

Key Scope of Works

  • Responsible for promoting digitalization solution and services to clients
  • Prospect, qualify, close and manage DX prospect.
  • Prepare sales proposals and response to RFP/ RFI
  • Participate in various sales activities with sales manager including presentations, seminar, exhibition to create market demand.
  • Work with the solution/ technical team to develop technical proposal.
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.

Required Skills and Capabilities

  • Proven experience in solution data intelligence (Data management & governance, data visualization, advance analytics); Digital transformation (Internet/ Mobile application, CDP)
  • Must have experience selling to large banks or insurance in ASEAN.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a desire to help others succeed
  • Insurance/Digital Solution sales, relevant enterprise experience preferred.
  • Candidate with extensive experience selling into APAC markets preferred.
  • Frequent business travel.
