The Opportunity

Hitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to our team in Forrestdale. Reporting to the Distribution Manger your key responsibilities will be:

• Maintain purchase orders and invoices for equipment records in database management system
• Maintain documentation and records
• Minutes of SDC Toolboxes
• Attend OHS monthly meetings
• Processing of equipment quotes on behalf of the Perth SDC
• Processing of equipment orders
• Reconcile /monitor monthly dealer orders
• Invoice monthly equipment rentals
• Identification of continuous improvements within your area of responsibility.
• Preferably experience in Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage.

You will need to have a high level of interpersonal and organisational skills while being computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. A keen attention to detail is necessary along with taking initiative in this role.
