Location: Greenfield, IN, USAThe purpose of this position is to plan and direct activities concerning quality improvement, quality systems development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products. Complete root cause analysis of internal production rejects and customer trouble reports. To ensure all Quality investigations are thorough and complete, with true root cause analysis, and assure all major and minor change points are controlled and completed in customers' best interests.Job Summary:

Trouble Shooting and C/M Implementation
Audit Processes and Documentation
Prepare Presentation to all Levels of Management
Prepare Data Documentation of IPPAARs and M/P Change Points
Travel to Customers, Vendors and Mother Companies
Confirm Product Characteristics and Measurement Techniques Data
Support Production in Emergency Situations (equipment downtime)
Brainstorm for alternative Quality Verifications

Improve manufacturing proficiency levels to meet plant goals and objectives.
Maintain knowledge of all processes, procedures, and equipment.
Coordinate and recommends cost savings and efficiency ideas for the facility.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of organization needed.
High level of technical ability and ability to successfully lead projects.
Education:
2-year College Degree in Mechanical, R&D, Quality, or Other Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent experience and education.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
Knowledge of computer systems and spreadsheets necessary to perform job duties.
Basic experience required in Glovia.
Intermediate experience required in Windows, MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint.
