We are looking for you who have the passion for Service, of helping our customers to become better on their performance. With a global fleet of installations of network Manager, you act as a central interface to your Service accounts. It gives you the possibility to become the voice of the customer into our organization and vice versa. Our Service team drive to develop the accounts we serve and in our growth plan we search for new team players so please do not hesitate to apply! As our Service Project Manager, acting as a Service account manager, you will be a member of the Operating Unit, Network Control in Vaesteraas, offering a complete program of SCADA solutions for utilities, industries, and other power systems customers. It is an exciting and dynamic role with close collaboration with different parts of our organization and the chance to extend your network within Hitachi Energy globally. Responsibilities:

As a Service Project Manager, your main mission will be to support customers and provide service and guidance Your work tasks include close collaboration with other units, business partners and customers both locally and internationally Ensure customer expectation are met while proactively working for improvements for the customer experience Support sales initiatives as well as pursue own opportunities in applicable customers Be responsible for the identification of risks, opportunities, and the management commercial and administrative queries against external stakeholders Live Hitachi Energy core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background:

We are looking for an engaged and driven person with a problem-solving oriented and service mindset You are a team player with a result oriented working style and having good communicative and collaborative skills. You hold a university degree in a technical area or similar work experience Experience of SCADA applications and digitalization projects is preferable to exceed in the role It is a plus if you have experience of performing web-based training, web events with customers and other solutions that supports our ambition to stay close to our customers also without extensive travel You are a curious person with the drive to challenge yourself for continuous development in both short and long term. As you will be working in a global, multicultural environment, fluency in English, written and spoken alike, is required. Other languages are a merit.
