Lumada APM Product Development Manager

We are looking for a Product Development Manager with strong technical background who recognizes the importance of both individual and group effort to deliver high quality products that meet customer needs.

In this role, you will contribute significantly to successful results in Lumada APM project which is part of most proven and efficient asset performance management solution on the market. Reporting to Jakub Kowalczyk, you will work in a collaborative environment and have possibility to provide guidance to the wider R&D team. You will see your work transformed into a tangible product.

Our tech stack and tools include: .NET 6.0, .NET Core 3.1, React JS, TypeScript, REST API, ORMs (Entity Framework Core), SLQ (PostgreSQL, SQL Server), Git, Azure AD, Azure DevOps, Kafka, RabbitMQ Docker, Kubernetes, ELK, and Prometheus.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead development teams (~20 people), leverage employees' skills and competencies. Support employees’ development.
• Ensure end-to-end, on-time delivery of high-quality software solution within a specified scope.
• Driving process and cultural changes in the organization towards increased quality and execution.
• Close cooperation with Product Management and other development teams across the globe to meet customer and market expectations.
• Help your teams designing and developing a modern, enterprise-class solution that is available as Cloud (SaaS) and on-premises versions. The solution that is based on a microservice architecture with Kubernetes, Kafka and Docker technologies on board.
• Help your teams following best software development practices that result in the very good code quality (doing unit tests, code reviews, and knowledge sharing).
• Working in a cross-disciplinary team using the Agile development methodology.
• Sharing your knowledge and experience with other team members.

Your background:

• Deep understanding and 5+ years of experience in Software Development and at least 2 years of experience in leading development teams.
• Understanding of all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle: Requirements Engineering; Development; Verification and Validation; Configuration Management in Agile environment.
• Energetic and enthusiastic, passionate and creative thinker, able to translate to pragmatic solutions.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
