IT Solution Architect - Marketing & Sales Domain

Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect, who will lead the execution and delivery of product configurators within Marketing & Sales Domain in close collaboration with business partners and various IT teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and develop the architecture of domain applications according to technology and architecture guidelines,
• Engage with business stakeholders and process owners to evaluate and enable business capabilities in applications development,
• Work closely with other technology teams to ensure that any required changes are made in our systems,
• Engage in requirement engineering in context of alignment with architecture guidelines,
• Coordinate software product development to ensure implementations are aligned with business requirements and software architecture guidelines,
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to sharpen their technical skills,
• Ensure high quality in the developed products with great user experience,
• Proactively search and execute the code, performance and process improvements,
• Participate in the whole software development lifecycle from analysis, design, implementation, testing to delivery, following best DevOps practices, Cooperate with Product Owners / Program Managers to meet the timelines in delivering requirements,
• Provide input to the strategic planning process, establish best practices adoption and plan the tactics for the implementation to meet established business goals,
• Aid projects in troubleshooting complex issues when required.

Your background:

• More than 7 years of experience as a Software Architect, Technical Team Lead or Senior Software Engineer,
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Technical Science,
• Strong experience with .NET technology and multiple programming languages,
• Good knowledge of frameworks for building web apps and services with .NET and typescript/JavaScript,
• Understanding about marketing & sales processes in large enterprises,
• Experience in working with product configurators for the purpose of the sales,
• Ability to perform under time pressure and to adapt to changing situation,
• Strong leadership skills, time management, decision making, independence and discipline,
• Experience in managing 3rd party service providers,
• Solid knowledge of SOLID principles, architectural patterns, data structures,
• Self-driven and motivated individual,
• Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation skills,
• Customer-service-oriented approach,
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing),
• Experience of working in ecosystem with Salesforce, Mulesoft, SAP H4/HANA is an advantage,
• For candidate advantage: Familiarity with React, Angular and Vue /CI/CD concepts /knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git.
