Oversee country operations management for the Network Control Operating Unit, Responsibilities: Leading and delivering the SCADA/DMS and software solution projects in India and allocated market. Driving and leading Project execution team . Ensures the execution of projects according to agreed targets in terms of Cost , schedule, quality, financial results and customer satisfaction Ensuring Engineering and application for SCADA, EMS,DMS,OMS are done as per requirements Strong promoter of Digitalization activities and understanding of IoT ,Cybersecurity ,Cloud solution Actively engaging with team and ensuring the IT system admin and networking activities are delivered as per solution architecture Responsible and accountable for business KPI- Revenue, Cash, Profit , on time delivery on project , COPQ Strong leader in term of change management Builds and maintains strong relationships with new and existing customers Support bid/Sales team in project acquisition Advocate in enhancing operational efficiency by adhering to best practices in quality and operation excellence and drive team in culture of continues improvement Responsible for adherence to all internal, external and corporate policies, procedures and quality standards. Sound understanding of power system automation market in Transmission and Distribution segment and knowledge on IT/OT trends Strategic thinking and growth oriented mindset Direct , Guide ,mentor and motivate team .
