HSE Senior Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as an experienced Health, Safety & Environment specialist! In this exciting role, you will identify potential for improvement, develop solutions and support management in the continuous implementation of HSE topics.

Your responsibilities

• You will perform inspections and audits at our sites and on construction sites in Germany

• You will conduct training and general safety consultations on current HSE topics

• You carry out risk assessments and accident investigations on site

• You create safety plans

• You support the continuous implementation of improvements and best practices

• You carry out specific HSE projects

Your background

• Successfully completed degree in engineering or comparable with specialization in health, safety and environmental issues

• Training as an occupational health and safety specialist is an advantage

• Several years of relevant work experience, preferably in a multinational company, ideally with a manufacturing environment

• Fluent in written and spoken German and English

• High degree of persuasiveness towards different target groups

• Willingness to travel within Germany
