IT Project Analyst

Description

General information:

Apply acquired or in-depth Business product related IS technology knowledge and expertise to any IS activity within a Global/Local Division/ Business Unit in the context of products.

Responsibilities:

• As an IT Analysis Specialist and acknowledged authority in his/her field identifies, proposes, advises, and implements existing and innovative IS technology and solutions in the context of Hitachi Energy products, sharing knowledge and guiding others on implementation and operation, using understanding of existing technology and business requirements.

• Supports the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of product solutions in regards of Integrated Solutions.

• In consulted, gives advice and supports the installation of new product IS services, or the changing of existing product IS services.

• When involved, delivers the appropriate product IS service according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in time, in budget and ate quality.

• Supports the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to the product IS services.

• For assigned tasks, executes all actions in product processes according to agreed RACIS specification.

• Proactively keeps himself up to date and informed of any change, or planned change, of the Hitachi product strategy and any relevant IS Standards or Guidelines.

• Provides leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.

• On request trains and educated lower level IS Specialist.

Background:

• Education: Desirable technical course or higher education in technology

• Languages: Fluent English

• Knowledge in basic ERP systems to interact between systems processes.

• Office, Office systems developer, sharepoint, power automate.

• SAP Desirable

• Lean Six Sigma Methodology Desirable + Solutions development + information systems + Improvement + planning + Mapping
