HVDC C&P Project Manager

Description

General information: Take ownership on conceptual design and Implementation of control and protection solutions. Responsible for Implementation of "Dynamic Performance Study - Control Strategy" results on realtime HVDC projects. Responsible for functional testing of control functions in the lab setup. Collaboration with various teams - Real Time Simulation and PSCAD tools; System Studies; Plant design and ensure successful completion of the project. Take part in the commissioning activity at site location, a place to learn real time HVDC System Operation and equipment in the HVDC stations. Responsibilities: HVDC System Control and Protection Project Management Managing the Factory system test Responsibility for delivering Control & Protection systems to our HVDC installations. On-site installation and commissioning of HVDC Control & Protection System. Understanding the technical specification and Customer needs; Analyzing the risk and opportunities Budget monitoring and preparing project schedule /resource & material management within project budget. Your background: B.E. in Electrical/ M.Tech in Power System Must have Minimum 4 -10 years of experience in Project Management. Should have basic knowledge on IEEE / IEC standards and to understand Electrical Power Systems and Schematics. Experience in AC Control & Protection schemes . Good knowledge on software development . Travel during Factory System Test & Site commissioning.
